INTERN: WFH

Oh hi and hello. Dah lama I tak update. Byk pending post yg perlu di-post asap hihi. So, since now I rasa mcm dah ada masa sikit, I will post everything yg I rasa nak post. Ok now dah hari ke berapa eh PKP. I dont know. Haritu in the middle of January kerajaan ada umum PKP for all states. Ok so UiTM pun keluarkan pekeliling saying that they prefer students intern ni just work from home (WFH). For the first week of PKP, I pergi kerja jugak, I masuk office. But after my coordinator cakap, UiTM tak tanggung kalau jadi apa2 if students still go to the office during PKP. So I pun bagitau la my SV and Admin. Then I propose la nak datang about 2-3 days per week. Dorang betul2 tak bagi hahaha takut nanti apa2 jadi dorang kena tanggung. So ya...currently, I mean today dah masuk hari keberapa tah I WFH. 

Bagi I yg attach to this firm for internship, it is a little bit hard for me sebenarnya sebab I dont have tasks and works that I can do at home. Semua kerja yg I perlu buat semua buat through PC dkt office which I use applications or website or system u name it dalam PC office. So, kalau kt rumah mmg takda keja sangat pun. This is one of point yg COVID-19 betul2 affected the industry. Bayangkan I yg intern ni ja, cuba bayang yang kerja tetap, yang takleh pergi office, ikut giliran, some kena laid off. Majikan mmg perlu cut cost sebab income pun tak byk. 

Tapi, tak pa la ada hikmah di sebalik setiap apa yang berlaku. Dah tertulis mcm ni dunia pada tahun sekian-sekian. We have to adapt with life dengan the viruses. I do really hope that dunia ni akan pulih seperti sedia kala semula. Everyone need job, everyone need to feed their household, need to pay for everything. 

INTERN: DAY2

 Hai assalamualaikum. Today is Day-2 of me doing an internship programme at JB Jurunilai Bersekutu Alor Setar. 

It was fun. I arrived office thinking on what work I have to do today in the office. What kind of job the would give me. I am ok with anything. I helped everyone. So basically awal-awal mmg tak byk kerja sangat. Tambah pulak, this month memang tak byk kes masuk. So mmg my SV tak byk kerja, I pun takde kerja. So kerja I for first two weeks tu mmg basically baca and belek previous valuation report. Valuation report tu satu kes agriculture dengan dua kes residential. 

I tengok2 part calculation, sbb mcm biasa heheh nak tau diorang apply mcm mana for the real case study in industry. Mcm mana dorang actually kira Market Value. To be honest, it is a little bit different from what I belajar dkt dalam kelas. I think calculation ni may be vary jugak depends on firm. Most cases dorang guna Cost Method for houses and Comparison Method untuk cari nilai tanah. Next month, I akan start going out for inspection. Tak sabar. Sebab my friends some of them dah keluar inspect. Stay tune...hihi

K-Drama Review: Stranger

Hello. So today I tetiba rasa nak buat review for K-drama yg I baru ja habis tengok. 

I actually dah byk dah K-drama yg I tgk. Besides K-drama, Chinese drama pun I dok tengok jgk. 

But today, it is for K-Drama time which tajuk nya Stranger. This is my second drama theme thriller yg i tengok. Sebelum ni takut nak tengok cerita cmni. But yessa I did it this time! 

Watak dalam cerita Stranger ni tak byk yg famous. I tengok this drama pun bukan based on the actor/actress. I tengok sbb dia punya story line. Cerita ni tentang pendakwa raya dengan polis di Korea. 

Before that, cerita ni ada 2 seasons and 16 episodes each season kalau tak salah. 

Actor dia both season sama.

Cerita dia is interesting for those yg suka tengok cerita pasal penyiasatan. Cerita ni bukan sekadar penyiasatan ja, tapi ada pasal corruption between higher-ups and pekerja kt bawah as well as dengan syarikat besar-besar dekat Korea. This drama also highlighted on how both Prosecutor and Inspector from Police ni siasat everything from the scratch even some cases tu cases yg lama. Diorang betul2 dig through the report and everything to find the truth. First time jugak I tengok drama both seasons in the same month. I think I took 2-3 weeks untuk habiskan both seasons. 

I would rate this drama 4.8/5 

Bach of Estate Management (Hons) UiTM

Alhamdulillah, I got UPU for my degree life. Eventhough my gpa for matriculation isn't that good but Alhamdulillah its above 3 pointer. It was 3.33 maybe?? 

I actually knew about this when I have no idea what should I study after my matrics days as my pointer was bad. I told you. It is not 3 pointer for my first sem. So I was scared to death. I started to have any backup plan what if I cant pursue my studies. I kept saying to my mom that im going to start online shopping😅 

One day, I terjumpa this one blog yang ceritakan tentang degree in estate management. Im so curious what is the course about. So, it is actually a course yang kerjanya nanti adalah valuer, property manager, estate agent or apa ek I cant remember the last one. But for this course ada 4 or more peluang kerjaya dalam sektor swasta atau kerajaan. Selebihnya korang search la ek huhu.

So, I will write up about KMPP. Btw, D batch 16/17. So its has been around 1year and a half or maybe already 2years I graduated from Matric Penang.

So, this is Pintu Utama KMPP

Modul & Subjek

There are 4 courses in all Matrics, but D only know about PST which is satu tahun, yang PDT I dont know much about that as I dont know much about PDT. But basically, PDT sama ja mcm PST, yang bezanya jangka masa and the topics in every subject, and PDT tiada modul akaun, only science.

So the 4 courses here are,

Module 1 - Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Maths

Module 2 - Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Science Comp

Module 3 - Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Science Comp

Accounts - Maths, Pengurusan Perniagaan, Economy and Account

So, that is the basic subject that every module need to study and there is no modul paling senang or susah. There is nothing like that. Because every module ada kesusahan yang sendiri. Semua jadi susah bila kita main-main.

So, D punya modul apa? Ok mine is Account. But before Acc D module 3. I changed to module account. Boleh ke tukar modul? yes. boleh. But Science to Account and Science to Science. Kalo Acc to Sc tak boleh. 

Time D punya batch, kitorang ada asimilasi week which during the week tu kita belajar mcm biasa ikut modul yang tak tukar lagi and then tengok sesuai ka tak dgn kita, and boleh ke tak kita blend in dengan subjek-subjek tu. After a week baru diorang umumkan sapa nak tukar course datang ke DK 1 2 or mana-mana lah, during weekend. So, sapa yang nak tukar tu dijemput lah. Diorang akan sediakan borang untuk setiap modul. Ambik la modul mana kita nak. My pengalaman, lecturer cakap cam Modul 3 and 2 nak pergi Modul 1 cam susah sikit. Probability tu sikit. Tapi kalau korang eagerly sangat nak masuk Modul atas dari modul korang, try lah. Eventhough lecturer cakap susah but ada ja sorang dua yang tukar cmtu. Manatau rezeki kan.

Kompel (Kompleks Pelajar)

So, untuk bilik pulak ada banyak kompel hahah sebab i cant count. Malas:) but basically ada 12 kompel. 

Kompel A1 - A5

Kompel B1 - B5

Kompel C1 - C5 (for guys only)

So, for girls ada 8 kompel, tapi for my batch tak full pon every kompel tu. Every floor tu there is a lot of bilik. So dont worry and every room tu 4 orang. For bilik dekat KMPP ni besar. Maybe its the first Matric yang wujud. Walaupun dah agak lama, sampaikan student yang dulu-dulu kala balik jadi lecturer dekat KMPP balik. 

So sad I dont have any pictures of my bilik dulu. But told you its really big, mcm boleh berenang-renang kat tengah tu. Pemilihan katil pulak ikut first come first serve. Takdak nama or kod dekat every katil. Setiap kompel tu bergabung. Bergabung cena korang tgk sendiri eh nanti cause its too hard nak explain. Bukan semua bergabung. Dia cam kompel A1 gabung dengan A2. A3 gabung dengan A4 and A5 but im not sure as well huhu sorry guys. But basically mcm tu la dia bergabung. 

Next is Kafe. Dont worry every kelompok tu ada kafe. Kafe A, B and C. Also Kafe pentadbiran which is bersebelahan dengan library. Kafe B paling ramai pengunjung sebab makanan dekat kafe tu sendiri sedap. yang stall dekat luar-luar kafe tu ok gak not bad. Also kafe A pun ok food stall dia tu. Tapi diorang tak kekal dekat situ. Kadang gerai burger tutup after 5months ada la sbb tersendiri kalau nasib baik diorang tak tutup la huhu. Kafe C for guys, tapi perempuan boleh ja nak pi makan kat situ but korang ok ke hahaah i mean kalo I segan. Pergi ramai-ramai takpa and makan dengan classmate. Ajak classmate laki temankan. ha gitu tapi jangan berdua laki perempuan, nanti ken tangkap pulak. Also lelaki boleh masuk kafe perempuan tapi sampai pukul 9pm only. After that cannot. 

Koop. Here we called koop. Ada dua koop and satu kedai printer or fotostat and also kedai for poslaju hm and agen bsn. Korang tak kan kelaparan punya la dekat situ huhu. Koop u awal pagi dah buka. They know student punya schedule is at 8am. So diorang buka awal. Same goes to kafe dekat kompel. Buka awal and usually pukul 6;45 am cmtu dah ada makanan for breakfast. Dekat koop tu macam-macam diorang jual and its cheaper la for student. Topup pon dah tersedia tapi kadang-kadang topup selalu habis. Kalau korang nak buat duit jd la agent topup huhu plus jual je biskut ke reamen ke ada punya la orang beli.

Now, apa-apa pun mesti search kan. Zaman sekarang senang je, kalau nak tau info tentang sesuatu benda or tempat we just simply search dkt Mr. Google.

Same goes to D jugak. Before D apply for UPU (after SPM and Matrics), D search for what is best for me and also after dah buat keputusan nak masuk kolej itu ini, IPTA itu ini. I always do some research on what I have chosen or what I will choose.

Tapi, bila D search, tak banyak yg D dapat. Ada tu ada tapi tak berapa banyak and apa yang D nak tau tu tiada. So, thats why D wujudkan blog ni untuk share everything.
